Fiji, Government House

Government House is the official residence of the President of the Republic of Fiji. The Georgian-style building was built in 1928 on the site of an earlier wooden house burned to lightning.

Visiting the residence for tourists is impossible, but it is of interest to the colorful action – the changing of the guard of the guardsmen, made in the first week of each month.
