Ecuador, Cathedral of Guayaquil

St. Peter’s Cathedral in Guayaquil was built in the Neo-Gothic style in 1924-1937. The first cathedral of Guayaquil was located on the hill of St.

Anne, but was burned by fire in 1692, then it was restored in a tree and only in the beginning of the 20th century it became a stone church.
